As a Project Manager with Marlin Construction

Your experience in the following areas will drive your success in this role.

  • Minimum of 5 years of work in Site Work

  • Field Knowledge of Utility Installations and Earthwork

  • Comprehensive understanding of Civil Drawings and Geotechnical reports

  • Preconstruction Process

  • Knowledge of Contract Limitations

We have outlined the skill-set necessary for a candidate's success in this role below.

  • Risk Management

  • Use of B2W (we can train)

  • Use of takeoff software

  • Management of Multiple Projects

  • Time Management

  • Projects to $15mm
