As a Civil Site Work Estimator with Marlin Construction

Your experience in the following areas will drive your success in this role.

  • Reviewing plans

  • Identifying missing information in documents

  • Bid & Preconstruction meetings

  • Full plan takeoffs

  • Job pricing

  • Soliticing Vendors

We have outlined the skill-set necessary for a candidate's success in this role below.

  • Minimum of 5 years of Civil Site Work Estimating

  • Use of Trimble Office, HCSS, or B2W ( or similar estimating software)

  • Use of takeoff software

  • Knowledge of labor productivity rates

  • Juggle multiple estimates

  • Projects to $25mm

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
