As a Class A CDL Driver with Marlin Construction

Your experience in the following areas will drive your success in this role.

  • Driving for paving and off-road operations

  • Safe operation of CDL dump trucks, tractor, and roll off

  • Independent operation of heavy equipment for loading and unloading

  • Ability to load drump trucks with materials from yard and job site

  • Following all safety procedures on the job site and over the road, all hazards must be reported to management

We have outlined the skill-set necessary for a candidate's success in this role below.

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of heavy equipment experience

  • Valid CDL Class A driver’s license with clean record

  • Considerable knowledge of safety in moving heavy equipment

  • Must be competent and knowledgeable pertaining to over the road and heavy haul safety

  • Flexibility to make late night and early morning equipment moves

  • Must be able to lift 40+ lbs

  • Must be able to travel between site locations
